Gazebo Pricing

John Brady's standard gazebos are constructed of pressure treated lumber. Our gazebos include decorative brackets at the top

of each post, a choice of using lattice or 2"x 2" slat rail system and color choice of a 20 year 3 tab asphalt shingled roof.

We offer a variety of other options such as substituting cedar for pressure treated lumber, cedar shake roof, seating and screening.

All options and odd sizes priced upon request. Remember, we custom build on site so we can be flexible with the design.

· Labor and Material

Terms:

· Pay driver for materials upon delivery

· Pay carpenter for labor upon completion

· Customer responsible for obtaining permits (town req. vary)

· Homeowner must supply electrical power

· Price does not include stain (available in certain cases upon request)

· Price does not include state sales tax

· Delivery: $100 within 25 miles

· Customer must notify us when placing order that ground is not level or if there is anything within four feet of the building site

· Customer responsible for bank charges on returned checks.
