Payment Terms: Pay driver for materials at time of delivery.  Pay Carpenter for labor upon completion of shed.

Customer responsible for:  Obtaining building permit, meeting townships building requirements and providing source of electricity.  Customer responsible for bank charges on returned checks.  Customer must notify us at time of order if the building site is not level or if there is anything within four feet of the building site.

Prices effective November 2006.

Prices do not include State sales tax.

Delivery $100 within 25 miles.
